Detailed Description: | Two institutions will present successful online orientation programs serving their adjunct instructors. Volunteer State Community College has created an Adjunct Academy which allows the adjunct instructors to earn "Preferred Adjunct Status," and Tri-County Technical College has created a learning community that improves job performance and job satisfaction. The two groups will share how their projects were developed and the benefits that have been gained by the institution and the instructors. | ||
