Educating Educators: Professional Development in the Virtual Classroom

Description:Professional Development is essential to maintaining progressive learning techniques, current information and competitive academic outcomes in today's primary and secondary classrooms. However, assembling faculty for professional development (particularly interdisciplinary) training is problematic at best. The virtual classroom solves the problems of time and location constraints. This workshop will explore ways to create interesting and educational professional development classes online for K-12th grade teachers.
