Abstract Text:Identifying and Training Faculty for Hybrid Courses

Abstract: Saint Leo University uses a One Day WebCT online training course, integrated with a team of facilitators to introduce current faculty to the Hybrid/Blended concept.

The One Day training is a combination of an actual WebCT online course and a question/answer seminar with facilitators. The faculty is given a brief introduction to the various online tools available in a hybrid course.
