| Abstract Text: | Belonging to a society where the culture overrides the growth is a hard obstacle to overcome. The opening of the Northern University Campus of the University of Guadalajara, is a great opportunity for the professional growth for the woman that permits combining their household functions with their personal preparation. This has been demonstrated by having a high percentage of enrollers of the female gender to the Campus located in a region where the studies for women were practically useless. The Mexican woman wants to grow and an example of this is the Northern University Campus that uses the WebCT platform at 100% for their studies in different careers and more than 50% of its students are of the female gender. |
