Description:This three year old, non-certification advanced program from Eastern Connecticut State University explores the appropriate use of technology in the educational setting. Members of the NCATE accredited Education Department offer courses through the online CSU system and on the Eastern campus to students from around the region and the East Coast.

Abstract Text:This three year old, non-certification advanced program from Eastern Connecticut State University explores the appropriate use of technology in the educational setting. Members of the NCATE accredited Education Department offer courses through the online CSU system and on the Eastern campus to students from around the region and the East Coast. The program allows either the thesis research or portfolio assessment options through a fully online, on-campus, or combination program. Participants represent a wide variety of interests from practicing educators to administrators to community college instructors to those who wish to work with technology in education.
