Abstract Text:The University of Texas at Dallas has just finished campus migration from WebCT Campus Edition 4.1 to WebCT Campus Edition 6. As part of the migration process, we ran a pilot program on WebCT CE 6 this Spring. In this session, we will discuss how we planned and implemented the pilot program including how we decided upon the number of participants and how we chose them, how we communicated with them throughout the test, and their experiences during the test. We will also discuss difficulties the pilot program revealed and the solutions we were able to find and implement before the rest of the campus was migrated.
