Abstract Text: | South Texas College adapted a phone survey originally developed by Montgomery County Community College to identify barriers to student success in online courses. We conducted the survey over two semesters. We will share the results of our survey and discuss the implications they have had on our departmental practices/services, on faculty development, and on college practices in general. We will provide participants a copy of our survey instrument and links to resources on our web page. |
