Abstract Text:This presentation covers where we began at NAU with our WebCT training program and the decisions we made in our move to Vista. A prior presentation called “How We Made Vista 4 Work” gives a short overview of the training decisions, while this presentation goes into more detail. We will also explain what some of our major difficulties were and what we learned as we implemented this in our first go around with training on Vista 3 and what happened when we decided to jump ahead to Vista 4. The issues of training faculty not at our main campus are also covered. How can you use Vista and other tools such as Elluminate to do this effectively?
