C-11: The Marshall University Solution to WebCT Vista Support
Detailed Description:Marshall University upgraded to WebCT Vista 3.0 in the fall of 2004 increasing the number of classes offered online by more than 50%. Since then, the need for expanded support for both faculty and staff has grown. This presentation will highlight and detail the efforts Marshall University is taking to ensure its faculty and student base are well trained using WebCT Vista and are provided the most comprehensive support possible.

Abstract Text:In the summer of 2004 Marshall University upgraded to Vista 3 increasing the number of online courses offered to well over 500. This caused a drastic need for increased support for both faculty and students. This presentation will detail the steps Marshall has taken to provide that needed support to its faculty and students ensuring they have all the tools needed to have successful online learning experiences.
