| Detailed Description: | Marshall University upgraded to WebCT Vista 3.0 in the fall of 2004 increasing the number of classes offered online by more than 50%. Since then, the need for expanded support for both faculty and staff has grown. This presentation will highlight and detail the efforts Marshall University is taking to ensure its faculty and student base are well trained using WebCT Vista and are provided the most comprehensive support possible. | ||

This caused a drastic need for increased support for both faculty and students.
