Description: This session will describe how the Vista APIs are utilized in the code we’ve developed around Vista. We will focus on jobs that combine multiple APIs to demonstrate how more than one API may be required to accomplish a given task.

Abstract Text: We have had Vista in Production for over two years. All Vista clients will face or may have already faced the same challenges we have. It is in the best interests of all customers to share the work that has been done at their institutions.
The APIs for the product are substantial and may be overwhelming to newer customers. In this presentation, we will discuss how we have used them so far, either one at a time or in combination. It is our hope that other participating schools will also discuss what has happened on their campuses, so that we can learn from each other and gain a better understanding of what is possible when developing around the system.
