IBM's Dynamic Campus and the Future of Learning

Detailed Description:In this session, we will explore the concept of a dynamic campus as a target architecture that creates value and cost efficiency through integration and role based portal access into the full compliment of both learning delivery and administrative applications it takes to run a modern campus. We will examine several use case scenarios in addition to the technical architecture to explore this model. Finally, we will discuss some of the aspects of what it takes to distribute this rich media content rapidly and efficiently to campus and off campus users. IBM supports this vision of the Future of Learning with a commitment to open standards and Linux as a platform for delivery of WebCT's Vista product; a key component of the Dynamic Campus.
