Abstract Text:This session will show you how to determine where your institution is at in the adoption of WebCT and what to do about it. Your marketing strategy will ideally vary depending on if you are mainly working with faculty members who are innovators, early adopters, majority, later adopters, or laggards. Each of these stages will be explored during the presentation, along with how to determine where you are.

Once you have found where your institution is at on the curve, we'll talk about specific strategies that you can use to increase your faculty members’ use of WebCT, both in the numbers of courses as well as in the sophistication of those courses.
