I-2: A Marketing Plan for empowering educators in the UAE

Detailed Description:WebCT has been used as a blended learning tool at the Abu Dhabi Women’s College for a number of years. Following mixed reactions by users, a marketing plan and model was developed for the successful introduction and implementation of this tool in the classroom. The ‘Plan’ has been developed to influence educators to use WebCT within the institution and to address methods of empowering educators and changing the mindset of its faculty.
