Detailed Description:Highlighting practical ways to improve online course retention, Vincent Schreck, author of “Successful Online Course Retention at Marylhurst University (MU): Constructing a Model for Online Course Retention Using Grounded Theory,” presents his Online Course Retention Model (OCRM). The OCRM is the result of 2 years of writing and research at MU, and reflects MU’s success over a 7-year period with online course retention (91%).
