Description:Marshall University restructured how it managed a newly acquired enterprise-level course/learning management system (C/LMS). Moving from an established entry-level course management system to an enterprise-level C/LMS brought about a drastic change in support, management and process. This presentation will encompass the lessons learned in developing best practices for administering a C/LMS from installation through implementation.
