Detailed Description:Increasing adoption of e-learning is a key goal for many higher education institutions, but increased usage is only one part of the equation. How can your institution move beyond wide-scale use to focus on leveraging your e-learning system most effectively as a learning tool? Join Sharon Pitt of North Carolina State University for a special Plenary Session where she will share the University’s holistic approach to supporting teaching and learning with technology. As part of this approach, Sharon will discuss how data automatically collected in the e-learning system can help guide decision-making in developing an informed adoption strategy based on faculty and students’ specific needs.
