Detailed Description:	Do you want to grow an extraordinary professional development program that allows your participants to continuously develop their online teaching and learning skills, while also providing effective WebCT Campus Edition 6 or WebCT Vista 4 upgrade knowledge and skills? In this session, we will demonstrate how you can create an upgrade training program, focused on devising appropriate strategies to build out training programs – from learner analysis, to lesson development, to stand up delivery.
