Detailed Description: | Wikis change the relationship of faculty, staff, and students to content and its creation. Three organizations at Washington State University - Student Computing Services, Distance Degree Programs, and the Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology - have created a customer support wiki for WebCT help. Hear how wikis break down the barriers to content creation and sharing as you learn about WSU’s use and assessment of this new technology. | ||
