The session will be very interactive in nature. Short clips of archived sessions of actual classes using the synchronous environments within WebCT will be show and discussed. Best practices that have proven to increase retention and positive student feedback will be described. Small groups based on content areas will be formed and devise a list of ways a synchronous environment could be used in their area. These will then be shared with the whole group.
