Abstract Text:We will share how WSU is using wikis in new ways to help support WebCT. We will show how we use the wiki technology to track all aspects of our WebCT CE6 migration process, how jointly the 3 organizations at WSU track and build information to answer customer support requests, and how we provide WebCT help information directly to faculty, staff and students.
