Abstract Text:This session will address major technical and functional milestones of the ongoing WebCT Vista implementation at the University System of Georgia (USG). Discussions will include a technical review of the architecture utilized to host the 35 USG institutions, enterprise usage statistics and analysis, training and support endeavors, and project management/communication practices. These discussions will be highlighted by lessons learned and best practices. Participants will walk away with a high-level understanding of the key areas addressed in an enterprise rollout of this scale. Several of the topics presented will be addressed in more detail in other USG facilitated presentations during the conference.
